Ingredients

2oz (60ml) Ransom Old Tom Gin
.5oz (15ml) Sweet Vermouth
.75oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
.5oz (15ml) Radish Gastrique

Instructions

Add ingredients to tin
Add ice and shake for 8-10 Seconds
Strain into Rocks Glass with Large Rock of Ice
Garnish with Salt and Pepper
