Baby Billy's Sweet Ambrosia
A sweet and creamy Ambrosia
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vodka Mulholland Distilling
- .5 oz Jamaica Rum Dr. Bird
- .75 oz Honey Syrup
- .75 oz Coconut Cream
- 6 drops Tiki Bitters Bittermen's
- 1 Dash Orange Flower Water
- 1 dash Orange Twist
- Grated Nutmeg
Instructions
- Add ingredients to Tin
- Add shaking ice
- Shake 8-10 seconds
- Strain into vessel (mini Bathtub or glass)
- Pack with crushed ice
- Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg
Notes
To make Coconut Cream:
Combine 13.5 oz. (405ml) Coconut Milk (like Thai Kitchen or similar) with 13.5 oz. (405ml) 2:1 Simple Syrup.
