Sloe Gin Fizz
A refreshing Summer sipper from 1898
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sloe Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
Top
- 3 oz Soda Water
Garnish
Glassware
- Collins Glass
Instructions
- Add Main Ingredients to Tin
- Add shaking ice
- Shake 8-10 seconds
- Add ice Cubes to Glass
- Strain into chilled Glass
- Top with approximately 3oz. (90ml) Soda Water
- Garnish with Lemon Wheels
