Ingredients

2 oz Jamaica Rum Smith & Cross
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur Combier or Cointreau
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish

Orange Peel

Instructions

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass.
Strain over a large rock of ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish.
