  • Add simple syrup, italicus and gin to a chilled highball glass.
  • Add Grapefruit juice to a high speed blender and blend until fluffy.
  • Pour into highball glass and top with Tonic.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit.
  • Enjoy!
