Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Italicus
1/2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Tonic Water
1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice Ruby Red
1 Barspoon Simple Syrup

Garnish

Grapefruit Slice Dehydrated

Instructions

Add simple syrup, italicus and gin to a chilled highball glass.
Add Grapefruit juice to a high speed blender and blend until fluffy.
Pour into highball glass and top with Tonic.
Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit.
Enjoy!
