Ingredients

1 oz Suntory House-made Brown Butter Suntory
1 oz Whiskey Demon Seed Scorpion Pepper Whiskey
3/4 oz Orange Peel Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice Fresh
1 Egg White

Top

Red Wine Merlot

Garnish

Rosemary

Instructions

Combine all ingredients besides Merlot and dry shake
Add ice (cheater and big cube and shake for 10-12 seconds)
Double strain in a rocks glass with a big cube
Layer Merlot on top.
Use a dropper to drop angostura bitters around cube and swirl to make hearts
Garnish with slapped rosemary
