Amaro Sour
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Amaro Your Choice
- .75 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- separate egg white and add to tin
- Add large rock of ice to tin and give it a good shake
- Strain into chilled glass
