Basil Gimlet
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin Junipero
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 Basil Leaves fresh
Garnish
- 1 Basil Leaf
Instructions
- Add simple Syrup and 5 basil leaves to a shaking tin.
- Lightly muddle.
- Then add gin and lime.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Fine strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with thetra basil leaf.
- Enjoy!
