Cut the prickly pear in half and spoon it into the shaker (attention: these fruits have some nasty little thorns)
Put everything into a shaker and give it a good muddling.
Shake it with ice and double strain into some kind of coupe glass
Please note:
- the prickly pears i have access to in germany are more sour than sweet and are usual orangeish, the red ones i actually saw only a few couple of times... maybe some more lime juice is needed, but the cocktail should def. not be considered as a sour
- also the cinnamon liqueur i have access to is a very certain one, thats done by a small company in berlin, this may affect the recreation (maybe they do also a shipping to your country https://www.psmberlin.de/)
