Bird of Paradise
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Peach Bitters
- 1 Strawberry
Garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the Strawberry, Cucumber and Syrup together in a shaker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake.
- Double strain over pebble ice.
- Garnish with slice cucumbers and a small umbrella.
- Enjoy!
