Bitter Fingers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Zucca Rabarbaro
- 1 oz Orgeat
- 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey (High Proof may be used)
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 5 Dashes Angostura Bitters (Double with Japanese Dasher Bottle)
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add Ice and shake for 8-10 second
- Fine Strain into rocks glass with Large Ice Cube
- Garnish with Lemon Twist and Maraschino Cherry
