Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Select Apertivo
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 Lime Wedges From Half a Lime
- 1 Barspoon Caster Sugar
Instructions
- Add ingredients to Tin
- Add ice and shake 8-10 Seconds
- Dump into glass and pack with Crushed or Pebble Ice
