  • Mint leaf

Instructions

  • Add mint, cucumber simple syrup and lime juice to a tin.
  • Muddle lightly being careful to only express the oils from the mint.
  • Add Gin, shake with ice 8-10 seconds.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  • Enjoy!
