Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Matcha
1 Egg white
Basil Leaves

Instructions

Add all ingredients plus one basil leaf and egg white to a shaking tin.
Dry shake 30 seconds to emulsify egg.
Next add a big rock of ice.
Shake 8-10 seconds.
