Flor Amargo
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
- 1 ½ oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Campari
- ½ oz Passion Fruit Purée Liber&Co
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Orgeat Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add 1⁄3 of pebble ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Dirty pour into hurricane glass.
- Top with more pebble ice.
- Garnish with pineapple and 3 fronds.
