A bright and herbaceous Swizzle from Sam Ross

Ingredients

1.5 oz Rum Appleton 12yr
.75 oz Velvet Falrnum
.75 oz Green Chartreuse
.75 oz Lime Juice

Garnish

Top Angostura Bitters
Mint Sprig

Instructions

Add main ingredients to Tin
Add shaking ice
Shake 8-10 seconds
Strain into glass
Fill with Crushed ice with snow cap
Top with Angostura Bitters
Garnish with fresh Mint Sprig
