1 oz Smith & Cross
¾ oz angostura bitters
¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup or gomme if you are feeling especially decadent
Spritz of absinthe

Garnish

Lime Crown

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain into a coupe.
Spritz lightly with absinthe.
