Ingredients
- 2 oz Light Rum
- ¾ oz Coconut Syrup or Coconut Cream
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Coffee Liqueur
- Lime Wedge
Instructions
- Squeeze lime wedge into the mixing tin.
- Add other ingredients.
- Add Pebble or crushed ice.
- Whip shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour into glass.
- Top with pebble ice.
- Add coffee liqueur.
- Enjoy!
