Instructions
Add ingredients to Tin
Add shaking ice
Shake 8-10 seconds
Fine strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass
Garnish with Orange Twist
Notes
To Make infused Vodka:
take 2 Tablespoons of Lapsang Souchong tea and add it to 6oz (180ml) of water.
Let steep 5 minutes.
Discard water (or drink a nice cup of tea)
Take the wet leaves and add to 300ml Vodka for no more than 10 minutes.
Strain the tea leaves through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag
discard solids.
