Instructions
Add all ingredients in a chilled highball glass.
Stir.
Add ice.
Top.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
Lime Sage Sherbet
Add all ingredients in a container.
Muddle to release oils.
Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.
After the 24 hours is up you should have a sugar lime oil slurry.
Juice the limes that were peeled and add to mixture.
Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
Strain peels out and bottle.

asts 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
