A reconstructed Tiki from Broken Shker
Ingredients
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Jamaica Rum Dark Rum like Coruba
- 1 1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Strawberries
Glassware
Instructions
- Muddle Strawberries and Simple Syrup in glass
- Add crushed ice to Glass
- Add remaining ingredients to Tin
- Add Shaking Ice
- Shake 8-10 Seconds
- Pour into glass
- Garnish with Pineapple Fronds and Strawberry Fan
