Mojito Criollo No. 2
A Gin Mojito with Soda Water from Havana in the 30's
Ingredients
- 2 oz Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 1 Sugar Cube
- Top Soda Water
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Lightly muddle mint to extract flavor, but don't crush.
- Add ice and shake 8-10 Seconds
- Pour into Highball glass and fill with Crushed or Pebble Ice
- Garnish with Mint Sprig
