Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Scotch Monkey Shoulder Scotch
1 oz Rum Probitas Rum
1 oz Passionfruit Syrup
1/2 oz Brandy Tuaca Vanilla Brandy
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish

1 Mint Sprig Mint Sprig Bouquet
1 Lemon Wheel Sugar Grilled/Brûléed Lemon Wheel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a tin and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds
Pour over crushed ice
*I know that you have access to actual passionfruit. I don’t have that luxury here in Chicago...feel free to incorporate that into the garnish, as well.
To Make Passionfruit Syrup: Combine 2 parts 1:1 simple syrup with 1 part passionfruit purée
