Oleato Golden Foam Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Espresso
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish
- Oleato Foam
Oleato Foam
- 4 oz Oat Milk Warm
- 1 tsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a tin.
- Shake until combined.
- Strain into a large coupe or cocktail glass at least 8oz.
- Then spoon Oleato Foam onto the drink.
Oleato Foam
- Add Warm Milk, Olive Oil and Xantham Gum to a small bowl.
- Hit with a milk frother or blend in a blender until foamy.
- Spoon on top of cocktail.
