Ingredients

1 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Oloroso Sherry
1/2 oz Coconut Cream
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Lime Juice

Garnish

Mint Sprig
Absinthe Spritz

OZ - ML

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add pebble ice.
Shake.
Pour into a chilled glass without straining.
Garnish.
Enjoy!
