Instructions
Add all ingredients to a tin.
Shake until combined.
Strain into a large coupe or cocktail glass.
Grate Parmesan over the drink to taste.
Parmesan Vodka
Add to an iSi Whipper and charge with two N2O crackers.
Allow to infuse for 10 minutes in fridge.
Then off gas and strain out solids.
When you open the iSi make sure the crackling sound stops before fine straining.
