• Add all ingredients to a tin.
• Shake until combined.
• Strain into a large coupe or cocktail glass.
• Grate Parmesan over the drink to taste.

Parmesan Vodka

• Add to an iSi Whipper and charge with two N2O crackers.
• Allow to infuse for 10 minutes in fridge.
• Then off gas and strain out solids.
• When you open the iSi make sure the crackling sound stops before fine straining.
