Prince Henry Punch

Keyword aged rum, angostura bitters, Green Chartreuse, lime juice, mint, Prince Henry Punch, raspberry gomme syrup, rhum agricole, seasonal fruit

Ingredients

3/4 oz rhum agricole preferably La Favorite Blanc
3/4 oz aged rum preferably Plantation Barbados 5 year
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz green Chartreuse
1/2 oz raspberry gomme syrup
6 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
Shake with ice.
Strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over a mountain of crushed ice.
Garnish with mint and fruits in season.
