Instructions
Gently crack the spices
Take out a pan and toast the spices
Once you smell the aroma, add water and stir
Add the white and brown Sugars
Put the ginger and half the vanilla bean
Add the pumpkin puree and gently whisk
Transfer in a bottle and let it sit for 8 or 24 hours
