Inspired by the historic stirred gimlet and my friend Briggs Brown the quick and dirty gimlet is just that. Quick and dirty, it gets the job done.

Quick & Dirty Lime Cordial

Instructions

  • Add ingredients into a mixing glass.
  • Add ice.
  • Stir for approximately 45 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish.
  • Enjoy!

Lime Cordial

  • Mix 50/50 by weight Lime Juice and Caster Sugar.
