Reles Sour

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Rum Mount Gay Black Barrel
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur Mandarine Napoleon
1/4 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
1 Egg white

Float

Malbec Reduction see notes

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except peels.
Shake dry to emulsify the egg.
Add a big rock of ice and a cheater cube.
Shake until cheater cube has completely melted.
Strain into a large format sour glass and float Malbec reduction.
Enjoy!

Malbec Reduction is a wine reduction so you add the wine to a pot and over low heat evaporate the water until it is a syrup consistency
