• Build the cocktail in an old fashioned glass.
• Add pebble/crushed ice and swizzle until diluted and chilled (approx. 10 seconds) 
• Top with more pebble ice.
• Garnish with an ice shell and salmon roe.
• Enjoy!

For ice shell:

• Fill a handheld citrus squeezer with shaved ice and press for 3 seconds.
• Remove resulting ice shell and reserve in the freezer until needed.
