Instructions

  • Add ingredients in a tin.
  • Dice the apple and muddle in tin.
  • Add ice and shake 10-12 seconds
  • Double Strain into chilled coupe
  • Garnish with Sage Leaf

Sage Infused Honey Syrup

  • Make a 3:1 Honey Syrup then over medium heat add 375ml syrup and 5-8 Sage Leaves.
  • Bring to a slight simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, take off heat and infuse for 24 hours.
  • Lasts a month in the fridge.
