Singapore Sling
A classic tropical Gin cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin London Dry
- 1/4 oz Cherry Heering
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Dash Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Soda Water Top Off
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add ice and shake 8-10 Seconds
- Double Strain into tall glass with Ice
- Top with Soda Water
- Garnish with Pineapple Wedge and Maraschino Cherries
