Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Blended Scotch I use Monkey Shoulder
3/4 oz Cynar
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth Cocchi
3-4 Dashes Orange Bitters from bottle
Rinse Orange Liqueur
Float Gold Rum Gosling's

Garnish

Orange peel

Instructions

Stir ingredients until chilled
Serve up in a Curaçao-rinsed coup
Be as fancy (or not) as you want with the orange peel
