Squonk's Tears

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin I used Plymouth but again, dealers choice
1/2 oz Mezcal I used Monte Lobos Espadin but dealers choice
1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur Luxardo
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
4 Drops Saline Solution 20% Solution

Garnish

Lime Twist Garnish with a "scrunched-up" lime zest on a cocktail pick

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass
Garnish with a "scrunched-up" lime zest on a cocktail pick (to represent the Squonk's ill-fitting skin)
