2 oz Cachaca Avuá Cachaça
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Sugar Cube Demerara
1 pc Lime Quarter sliced
1 Strawberry

Muddle the lime and strawberries.
Add ice.
Give it an 8-10 second shake.
Then dump into a chilled double old fashioned glass.
Add more ice if necessary.
