Ingredients

Garnish

  • Marshmallows
  • Candy Cane

Instructions

  • Heat milk in Sauce Pan
  • Add Milk Chocolate and stir until combined
  • Add Spice Syrup to Warm Mug or Glass
  • Add Spiced Rum
  • Top with Hot Chocolate
  • Garnish with Marshmallows and Candy Cane

Notes

Spiced Syrup
8oz (240ml) Demerara Sugar
4oz (120ml) Hot Water
1oz (30ml) Ginger Syrup
1/8 tsp Ground Clove or 2 Whole Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
10 Black Peppercorns
Blend in a blender until smooth and strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
