Tiger Chilled Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- .5 oz Rum Hamilton Jamaican Dark
- .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .25 oz Allspice Dram
- .75 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- Heavy Cream Sweetened
- Absinthe spritz
Instructions
- Mix in an old fashioned glass.
- Add some ice and generously stir.
- Shake the sweetened heavy cream until it stands.
- Layer the cream.
- Spritz with Absinthe.
