Ingredients

2 oz Gin Preferably Plymouth
1 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange bitters double with Japanese Bitters Bottle

Garnish

Orange Twist or Lemon Twist

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add big ice first and add smaller ice.
Stir for approximately 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, Nick and Nora or Coupe.
Garnish with lemon twist.
Enjoy!
