Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except brandy in a mixing glass.
  • Lightly muddle the ingredients.
  • Add brandy.
  • Then ice.
  • Stir until sufficiently cold.
  • Double strain in a chilled glass with large ice.
  • Top with champagne.
  • Garnish.
  • Enjoy!
