Zombie (Jeff Berry Reconstruction)
This streamlined version of the Zombie was created by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry back in 2007.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jamaica Rum aged
- 1/2 oz Puerto Rican Rum overproof aged, preferably Don Q
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz White Grapefruit Juice
- 2/3 oz Lime Juice
Garnish
Instructions
- Whip Shake with Pebble Ice.
- Pour undated into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
- Enjoy!
