The Caipi Island cocktail was made by our good friend Jean-Felix of Truffles on the Rocks.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lime Quartered
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cachaca Aged
- 1/2 oz Mezcal Joven
Float
- 1/2 oz Creme de Mure
Instructions
- Add lime wedges in a mixing tin.
- Muddle lightly.
- Add all ingredients.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour in a chilled glass.
- Add float.
- Enjoy!
