• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• .75 oz Lemon Juice
• Egg White

Instructions

 

• Add ingredients to tin
• Dry Shake for 20-30 Seconds
• Add Large Rock of Ice
• Shake 12-15 Seconds
• Double Strain into Chilled Coupe
• Garnish with Earl Grey Tea Leaves
