Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1 1/2 oz Apple Cider
• 1/2 oz Averna Amaro
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Demerara Syrup 2:1
• 1/2 tsp Allspice Dram
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish

• Orange Peel

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
• Shake 8-10 seconds.
• Strain over rocks (or a big rock) of ice.
• Garnish with an Orange Peel.
