Ingredients

 

OZML

• 3 inches Cucumber diced
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 3/8 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/8 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 pc Egg White

Garnish

• Cucumber Slice

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
• Add ice.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds.
• Double strain on a chilled coupe.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
