Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Cappelletti Apertivo
• 3/4 oz Strawberry Honey Syrup See below
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• Egg White

Top

• Soda Water

Strawberry Honey Syrup

• 1 part Strawberry
• 2 parts Honey

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a tin.
• Shake 30 seconds dry to emulsify egg.
• Then add large format ice.
• Shake again to chill and dilute 8-10 seconds.
• Strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
• Top with soda.
• Enjoy!
