Roe&Co Irish whiskey

Orange Liqueur
blue curaçao

Cocchi Americano

Orange Juice

Lemon Juice

Ginger Simple Syrup

dashes
Angostura Bitters

Egg White
Garnish
Orange Peel
Instructions
In a shaker add all ingredients.
Add bar spoon of cracked ice (basically one small piece).
Dry shake vigorously to create a foam.
When the ice is gone its likely done ~45s. Watch the foam formation.
Add a few cubes and shake to chill and dilute for 15ish seconds.
Strain into the coupe glass.
Garnish with orange peel expressed and added vertically or with a pick
Express lemon peel and rub around the rim, then dispose after.
Sprinkle gold sugar or orange zest in the pot and spilling over.
