St James’s Sour

Inspired by Roe and Co. for St Patrick’s day. It’s a whiskey sour with a twist. We use fresh orange, lemon, and egg white with blue curaçao to achieve the green and then garnish with an orange peel and sprinkles for the proverbial pot o’gold (sugar here but orange zest is an option).
