To Make Egg Nog Mixture

  • With an Electric mixer on a low speed, whisk eggs and sugar together until smooth.
  • Then very slowly so as not to curdle the eggs add in Bourbon, Cognac and Rum.
  • Then add in a pinch of salt and nutmeg, stir to combine and put mixture into a large, Sanitized Jar.
  • To age the egg nog place in the refrigerator anywhere between 3 weeks and 2 years.
  • If it occurs to you, shake the jar periodically. Maybe, once a month or so.

To Make Aged Egg Nog

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice 8110 seconds.
  • Double strain into a glass of your choice.
  • Garnish with Grated Nutmeg.
  • Enjoy!
