To Make Aged Egg Nog

Instructions
To Make Egg Nog Mixture
With an Electric mixer on a low speed, whisk eggs and sugar together until smooth.
Then very slowly so as not to curdle the eggs add in Bourbon, Cognac and Rum.
Then add in a pinch of salt and nutmeg, stir to combine and put mixture into a large, Sanitized Jar.
To age the egg nog place in the refrigerator anywhere between 3 weeks and 2 years.
If it occurs to you, shake the jar periodically. Maybe, once a month or so.
To Make Aged Egg Nog
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice 8110 seconds.
Double strain into a glass of your choice.
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg.
