Ingredients

1 oz Dark Rum El Dorado 5yr
1 oz Light Rum Caña Brava 3yr
.5 oz Banane du Brésil
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
1 Half Ripe Banana
Top Blackstrap Bitters

Garnish

Banana Dolphin
Orchids

Instructions

Add ingredients and ice to blender.
Mix for a few seconds until smooth
Pour into cup
Garnish with Banana Dolphin and Orchid garnishes.

Notes

To make the Banana dolphin:

Cut banana in half. Make a split in the stem and add a Maraschino Cherry. Use two cloves for the eyes. Cut a fin from a pineapple frond, or from a banana peel.
